About This Project

Nurture Kizazi Organization, in partnership with Kenya National Highways Authority, Kenya Forest Service, and Adopt A Tree Foundation, conducted a tree planting and mentorship initiative at Mavoko Boys Secondary School aimed at restoring green cover and promoting environmental stewardship among students. The initiative brought together students, teachers, and partners in a meaningful day of environmental action that featured tree adoption activities, group planting sessions, and interactive mentorship and environmental education engagements. Through this program, Nurture Kizazi continued its commitment to empowering young people to take an active role in environmental conservation and sustainable community development.
