Partnered with Kenya Red Cross for a community blood donation drive
About This Project
In partnership with Kenya Red Cross Society, Nurture Kizazi Organization mobilized youth volunteers for a blood donation drive aimed at supporting lifesaving medical interventions and raising awareness on the importance of regular blood donation. The initiative brought together community members, volunteers, and health advocates in a collective effort to encourage a culture of giving and saving lives through blood donation. As part of the initiative, Nurture Kizazi also donated water parcels to support participants and volunteers during the event. In addition, the team participated in the EPPH Run, a campaign focused on raising awareness and advocating for the reduction of postpartum deaths through improved maternal healthcare and community support initiatives.
